Salman Khan Inshallah: After the debacle of ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, Salman Khan is reportedly looking to work on fresh subjects. The actor has also reached out to his director friend Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

In fact, Salman has even contacted Sanjay Leela Bhansali after their massive showdown on the sets of ‘Inshallah’. The actor has reached out to Bhansali.

Rumours are rife that Salman Khan wants to experiment with his image and work on fresh subjects instead of usual action films.

As per a report in KoiMoi.com, Salman, who is known for his big heart, has also decided to stop doing films as “a goodwill gesture or overloading the cast with favour-seeking strugglers.” The actor is reportedly look for “the right scripts”.

“And by right, I don’t mean action-packed or drama-driven. It has to be something Salman hasn’t done before, preferably something that is relevant and yet personal,” a very close friend of Salman told the portal.

Salman will apparently not do a film for family and friends either. “No more home productions with his brothers as director or carpeting a film with favour-seeking strugglers, as he did in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan,” the friend added.

According to Salman, ‘Inshallah’ was a brilliant love story, very fresh and audacious. It is something that he would like to try at this point in his career, a report in KoiMoi.com stated.

The film was supposed to star Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt together for the first time. After the film didn’t make it to floors, Bhansali went ahead with ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ with Alia.

Earlier this year, production designer and celebrity interior designer Rupin Suchak exclusively revealed to us that Inshallah was scrapped due to creative differences between Bhansali and Salman.

“Fortunately or unfortunately, the film didn’t make it to floors because of a showdown that happened, and Salman walked away from the sets. Salman and Bhansali didn’t want to do the film together. I spent a year pre-planning the set with Bhansali. We were in the USA for about three months scouting the location,” he told News18.
